Cara mengatasi pesan kesalahan “ The software you are installing has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibilty with windows xp.”

Pada saat saya ingin menginstal direct X tiba –tiba muncul pesan The software you are installing has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibilty with windows xp. An internal system error occurred . Please refer to DXerror.log and directx.login your windows folder to determine problem. saya sempat kebingungan pada saat itu , akhirnya setelah browsing sana-sini di mbah google , saya tau cara mengatasi pesan kesalahan tersebut.. Caranya gampang nih tak kasih tau : 1. Klik kanan My Computer dan tekan Manage. 2. Pilih Services and Applications. 3. Klik dua kali Services. 4. Klik dua kali Cryptographic Services. 5. Pastikan Startup Type diatur ke Automatic, jika tidak bekerja, tekan Apply dan OK. Shutdown dan Restart Windows dan coba update./install lagi Jika masih gagal ada lagi nih : buka cmd di (start - all program – accessories – command prompt) copy kan script di bawah ini kedalam cmd lalu tekan enter net stop cryptsvc ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 oldcatroot2 net start cryptsvc
